Mindful Resilience

supporting students to suffer less

Mindful Resilience is a condensed programme of group and individual coaching for students in tertiary education, created by Patrick Madden and Brenda Bell in 2017, after Career Wise, a bursary management company, noticed a significant increase in distress among students on its bursary and scholarship schemes.


Mindful Resilience has two main outcomes for participants: to develop the practices of self-care that cultivate resilience, and to engage in reflections that support self-determined growth and development on a lifelong basis.
